  20. Shrug ;-)  What is proficient?  I'd say a month without doing anything
  21. else -- except maybe eating and a few hours of sleep a day -- could do it.
  22. But as you're wanting to do it after work it depends on how tired you are
  23. after work. It might become a full year ;-)

  25. Imho a _good_ teacher and/or solid practice with _good_ people pointing
  26. out mistakes in your designs and code is MUCH more important than time.
  27. You can waste an enormous amount of time by acquiring 'bad' habits ...
